1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of services provided by Coderno.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Personal data is processed to handle inquiries and quotations, business contact, delivery of IT services, fraud prevention (reCAPTCHA), analytics after consent, and — only at the user's request — a preliminary AI diagnosis of a workflow.
4. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with services supporting the website: EmailJS (contact data from forms), Google (Analytics/reCAPTCHA), OpenAI (analysis of a process description on request), and Calendly (booking). Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
5. Workflow diagnosis and speech recognition
After the user confirms analysis, the text description is sent by the Coderno server to OpenAI to prepare a preliminary diagnosis. The optional voice mode uses the browser's Web Speech API; audio may be processed by the browser provider under its terms, while Coderno receives the transcript. We do not store the description or transcript in analytics events. If the user leaves contact details, EmailJS receives the contact data, recommended path and budget range, but not the process description.
6. Retention Period
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the intended purpose: quotation inquiries up to 24 months, analytics data according to tool settings or until consent withdrawal, and statutory data for the period required by law.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
